Nakisha R Green is an all inclusive Educator / Hairstylist who’s been in the hair industry for over 20yrs.
Starting as a art student at MICA then Graduated from Baltimore Studio of Hair Design and working for Trade Secrets. Working at DK salon and the introduction to the political scene of the DMV. Working with political leaders such as, Kathleen Kennedy Townsend , Barbara Mikulski. As well as a Rogaine campaign fearturing Bob Dole.
Nakisha joined Loreal Professional as a Texture Educator. Teaching color theory and texture styling techniques. Assisting Jo Blackwell at the NYC academy. Featured hairstylist for Emmy Winning "The Never Settle Show" (Mario Armstrong). 2nd Key Stylist to Harlem Fashion Row for the second year in a row. Collaborating with Marie Simone and her team teaching hair ,variety of styles and techniques. Our teams' work was featured in Essence, Vogue , US Today ,Allure, WWD , & Ebony magazine.
Nakisha has been working with Ted Gibson and Jason Backe for NYFW(7yrs). I was elevated to a Key Stylist and is currently team working Internal Trade Shows .
Featured hairstylist with Designer Carlous Palmer in numerous magazines. Traveling the world with his team as key hairstylist for Paris Fashion Week( PFW), Oxford fashion Studio (OFS).
Nakisha continues to maintain a clientele providing healthy haircare , consulting color services and texture training.
